USB-Cable with Type-C Connector are cable assemblies for a fast data transmission and a power of 100W. The original concept of the USB organisation had the idea to cover a distance of up to 1m with straight connectors with or without screw lock.

Passive USB Type-C cable up to 1,0m length ▼
These cables are fully according to the USB specification. Modifications with smaller outer diameter are possible and easy to be made with less copper. In this case the resistance will be higher and the voltage loss on the cable goes up. ElectronAix supplies to you custom solutions according to the requirement of your application
Passive USB Type-C cable with more than 1,0m length ▼
Type-C cables with a length up to 1,75m we can specify the full USB 3.2 capability but with limited power transmission.
When the length is more than 1,75m transmission rate goes down and voltage loss goes up. In such cases we can check with you, if you cables meet your requests.
Active USB Type-C cables with up to 5,0m length ▼
Active Type C cables are equipped with a redriver in the connector. From outside the redriver is invisible. The power transmission is limited because otherwise the Voltage losses are getting too big. Beside this these cables fulfil all USB 3.2 requirements.
Active optical USB Type-C cables ▼
Active optical Type-C cables are available up to 70m and carry USB 3.2 and two Lanes Displayport Signals. They are usable for one way transmission and the receiver must supply a Voltage to the connector. The idea of theses cables is to connect an external monitor.
