We manufacture all assemblies largely
automatized according to IPC 620 and the products come from
ISO9001 or TS16949 approved production lines. We also test initial samples with a micrograph or cross section analysis. This is the only way to ensure that the wire, terminal and crimping tool match and that the crimp is gas tight.

Only when these requirements are met, the manufactured connection is reliable and long-lasting.
Further quality checks also include a
100% electrical test for open and short circuit. If the connectors are single-ended, we use an
image processing system to check the pin assignment.
UL material and/or an UL-approved production line as well as the use of original connectors from well-known
manufacturers such as JAE, Hirose, Molex and others also contribute to the excellent quality of our LVDS cables.
